DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Open package, whitening formula is face up. Remove strip from tray.
**The wave line seen is for adhering the strip to the tray only. It is NOT the whitening agent.** - Center strip, place top edge of strip at gum line.
- Fold strip to back side of teeth. Press firmly on all surfaces. Warmth and moisture from your mouth will mold the strip to your teeth.
- Wear for 1-2 hours. May continue to speak, do light activities, and drink cool beverages.
- To remove, grasp one corner and pull down away from the front of teeth, then push strip away from the back of teeth. **Strips must be worn for at least 90 minutes, removing before this will be difficult and possibly result in the strip tearing.**
- Brush or rinse away any remaining gel
Most common results are 5 shades whiter in just 5 days. Compare to other whitening strips that may take 10-14 days to achieve similar results.

WHAT CAUSES STAINING?
Dental stains can occur from multiple factors, including but not limited to; foods, beverages, medications, genetics, and more. While some stains are only on the surface, others can present internally. Most OTC whitening strips contain whitening agents that only address the surface stains. For best results, it is always recommended to consult your dentist when choosing a teeth whitening product.
HOW CAN I HAVE A WHITER SMILE?
There are many different whitening products available, from toothpaste, to mouth rinse, from in home to in office whitening treatments. Each contains a different whitening agent to help whiten your smile.
Sheer White! uses two primary active ingredients depending on which type of treatment you choose. Our in-office strips utilize hydrogen peroxide for quick start results with limited sensitivity. These can be combined with our take-home strips that use carbamide peroxide to offer longer whitening time with limited sensitivity and long lasting results.
HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO WHITEN?
For best results, use Sheer White! Take-Home in conjunction with Sheer White! In-Office. Periodic touch-ups may be needed depending on patient, such as; diet, medication, and lifestyle. We recommend waiting 7-10 days after initial 5-day treatment, before deciding if there is need to whiten further. Touch-ups may consist of two to five days of treatment depending on patient.
WILL SHEER WHITE! CAUSE SENSITIVITY?
Sheer White! utilizes patented Sheer Film technology to securely hold the whitening agent against the teeth instead of traveling onto tissue and sensitive nerve endings. Our Take-Home strips with carbamide peroxide offer a slow-release, minimalizing the possibility of sensitivity. Our In-Office strips with hydrogen peroxide are formulated to reduce any potential for sensitivity while creating quick whitening results.

Shipping & Returns
RETURN POLICY
All orders may be returned within 30 days of shipment to the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned orders. All product returns must be accompanied by a return material authorization (RMA) number, issued by AMD lasers, which can be obtained by calling AMD Lasers at 866-999-2635.
For laser units, the tamper-evident tape must be intact for the unit to be considered returnable. In some cases, AMD Lasers will replace an accessory or part under the LIMITED WARRANTY, but will require the return of the defective part. A credit card will be needed to secure he value of the defective unit and will be charged if defective part is not returned to AMD Lasers in a timely manner or if, upon inspection, AMD Lasers determines that the returned product is defective due to misuse or handling, as outlined in the LIMITED WARRANTY.
If for any reason you become dissatisfied with the Monet curing laser from AMD Lasers, the Monet device may be returned to our offices and you will be credited 100%, Guaranteed. AMD Lasers will accept returns if you are unsatisfied, or incase the Monet breaks, or becomes inoperable. The Monet from AMD Lasers comes with a 5-year warranty ensuring that you will have a working device for the term of the warranty. Please contact Customer Service at 1.866.999.2635 for assistance, and to receive an RMA number to initiate return process.
Please refer to the "limited warranty" section of the owners manual guide for more information regarding what accessories are covered in the limited warranty. If covered by the limited warranty, return of the accessory will be required for replacement.

Shipping and Handling: All domestic orders will be shipped via standard courier service, i.e. UPS. Shipping and Handling will be calculated when the order is processed depending on the Value of the order. Standard Shipping service is UPS ground.
