2026 AMD INNOVATION PRIZE CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the 2026 AMD Innovation Prize Contest (“Contest”), sponsored by AMD, a dental technology and innovation company (“Sponsor” or “AMD”). 

By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. 

1. ELIGIBILITY 

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry: 

  1. Are employed by a dental practice located within the United States, and 

  1. Have a professional role that involves dental clinical care, dental operations, or dental administrative responsibilities. 

Employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, or contractors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/marketing agencies, distributors, or suppliers, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. 

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. False or misleading information will result in automatic disqualification. 


2. CONTEST PERIOD 

The Contest begins January 1, 2026 and ends December 1, 2026 (“Contest Period”). The winner will be randomly selected and notified in December 2026. 

Sponsor reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason, at its sole discretion. 


3. HOW TO ENTER 

During the Contest Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting participating AMD booths at tradeshows, conferences, and live events. To enter, individuals must: 

  1. Scan the Contest entry code or complete the provided digital entry form. 

  1. Submit the following accurate information: 

  1. Full name 

  1. Role/title 

  1. Email address 

  1. Dental practice name 

  1. Dental practice ZIP code 

  1. Dental practice phone number 

Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Contest Period. Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or unverifiable may be rejected at Sponsor’s discretion. 

No other method of entry is permitted. 


4. PRIZE PACKAGE 

One (1) winner will receive the AMD Innovation Prize Package, which includes: 

  • Acuity DXPD Size 1 Intraoral Sensor 

  • Acuity DXPD Size 1.5 Intraoral Sensor 

  • Monet+ Laser Curing Light 

  • Picasso+ Diode Laser 

  • Sheer White! ProStart System 

  • Additional samples of select AMD products 

Approximate total retail value: $20,000 

Prize Restrictions: 

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. 

  • Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute any product of equal or greater value if any listed item becomes unavailable for any reason. 

  • All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any fees associated with accepting or using the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

  • Prize components requiring installation, calibration, licensing, or additional consumables may involve additional costs not covered by Sponsor.
     


5. PURCHASE REBATE & PURCHASE PROTECTION 

If a dental practice associated with an Entrant purchases any product included in the Prize Package between the Entrant’s submission date and the December 2026 drawing, Sponsor will, at its sole discretion, provide either: 

  • A refund of the qualifying purchase price, or 

  • An alternative form of compensation of equal or greater value (as determined by Sponsor). 

Eligibility for this benefit requires proof of purchase and matching practice information. 

 


6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. 

The selected winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information submitted at entry. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of initial notification. 

If the winner does not respond, is deemed ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Rules, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. 

Sponsor may require the winner to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law). 

 

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE 

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the irrevocable right, without additional compensation, to use their name, professional title, practice name, likeness, and entry information for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes in any media, unless prohibited by law. 

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for: 

  • Technical errors, hardware/software failures, lost or incomplete entries. 

  • Event cancellations, travel interruptions, or booth access limitations. 

  • Product performance once delivered. 

  • Personal injury, property damage, or any other loss related to participation or prize acceptance. 

Sponsor’s total liability shall not exceed the retail value of the prize. 

  

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: 

  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. 

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest for any reason. 

  • Interpret these Rules and make all decisions regarding the Contest, which are final. 

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 

  

10. PRIVACY 

Information collected during this Contest is used solely for Contest administration, winner communication, and marketing communications from AMD. Sponsor will not sell or disclose entrant data to unrelated third parties. 

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. 

 

11. WINNER LIST 

To request the name of the winner, send a written request to AMD (address provided on AMD’s official website, wwww.amdlasers.com) after January 15, 2027. Winner information will only be shared as legally permissible.
