• The limited warranty is hereby amended so that warranty coverage of the Product is now based on its Date of Manufacture.
  
  
• By purchasing this refurbished Product, the Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the Product is not new and accepts any and all liabilities that may be related to its present status of not being new. Further, the Purchaser understands the level of cleanliness of the refurbished Product may not be consistent with that of a new Product, and agrees to perform all installation, cleaning, and preparation as described in the Product’s instructions for use prior to using the Product.
